Abstract:
Al-Sr alloy was prepared via molten salt electrolysis process in 70%SrCl2-29%KCl-1%SrF2 system with SrCl2 as raw material. The effects of electrolysis temperature, electrolysis time, current density on current efficiency and Sr content of Al-Sr alloy were studied. The results show that Al-Sr alloy with Sr content of 0~10% could be prepared by adjustment of technological conditions. The main mineralogical phases of the Al-Sr alloy are Al and Al4Sr.
