| Abstract: |
| According to the characteristics of high tungsten and molybdenum content in the high pressure leaching solution of tungsten and molybdenum oxide rough concentrate, a new process for molybdenum-tungsten extraction was adopted including purification with magnesium salt, molybdenum-tungsten co-precipitation, drying, preparation of ammonium molybdate-tungstate. The effects of ammonium chloride dosage, precipitation time, pH, temperature, and solution concentration on molybdenum precipitation rate were investigated. The results show that the final products, i.e., ammonium molybdate-tungstate, contain 47.57% Mo and 10.13% WO3, respectively, and the impurities of phosphorus and arsenic are 0.0027% and 0.041%, respectively. This product meets requirement of molybdenum-tungsten alloy production. |
