Abstract:
The tantalum nitride nanopowders synthesized by homogenous sodium reduction were annealed at 1 350 ℃ for different durations. The sintered blocks were electrochemically oxidized. The phase structure and microstructure of sintered powders were analyzed with XRD and FESEM. The effects of annealing time and green density on electrical characteristics of powders were studied. The results show that the sintered anode blocks present high CV and low current leakage when annealed at 1 350 ℃ for 40 min with the green density of the powders of 4 g/cm3.
