Abstract:
      The effects of agitation rate, leaching time, initial sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature and ratio of liquid to solid (L/S) on leaching of calcine from sulfating roasting dust of flash smelting furnaces were investigated. The results indicate that the leaching rates of Cu, Fe, As and In are above 90% under the optimum conditions including agitation rate of 400 r/min, leaching time of 70 min, initial sulfuric acid concentration of 0.8 mol/L, leaching temperature of 60 ℃, and L/S of 5∶1.
