| Abstract: |
| The spray gun for ISA furnace was tested in accordance with 1∶23 real size scale. The datas of vertical height and horizontal thickness of slag, as well as the water temperature in and out were obtained. Meanwhile, the heat balance for steady-state heat conduction process of the slag was calculated. The results show that the relationship between vertical height (h) of slag layer and the outer wall temperature (t) of the spray gun is 367.668t 1972828.44=exp(20.196918-45.798h). According to this formula, the temperature of spray gun outer wall at the top of the slag layer is 912 ℃, which is correspond with the actual measurement of 908 ℃. The heat balance calculation is proved to be correct and reasonable. |
