Abstract:
The effects of pH, total ammonia concentration of ammonia-ammonium bicarbonate system, ratio of solid to liquid (L/S), temperature and leaching time on the leaching behavior of zinc and main impurities in three kinds of zinc-bearing ash were investigated. The results show that the zinc leaching rate is over 80% under the optimum conditions including total ammonia concentration of 9 mol/L and pH of 10.00, L/S of 5, temperature of 50 ℃, and the leaching time of 60 min.
