Abstract:
The adsorption of D113 resin on Mn(Ⅱ) was investigated at room temperature. The results show that the removal rate of Mn (Ⅱ) in aqueous solution reaches 99% and the adsorption capacity of Mn (Ⅱ) is 136.98 mg/g on the conditions including the pH value of the aqueous solution of 6.5~7.0 and the adsorption duration of 120 min. The desorption rate of Mn (Ⅱ) reaches 100% when the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 3~4 mol/L. The adsorption curve of D113 resin on Mn (Ⅱ) agrees well with the Langmuir and the Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation, and the adsorption kinetic data well fit the HO pseudo-second-order rate equation. The internal diffusion coefficient increases with the rise of solution pH value and the concentration of Mn(II).
