| Abstract: |
| Hot cells frequently occurred in electrolytic process of magnesium. The second reaction between magnesium metal and chlorine abnormally led to rise of electrolyzer temperature, decrease of current efficiency and production reduction in single cell. This phenomenon in multipole magnesium electrolyzer is analyzed with in-depth discussion and the measures are put forward. |
