Abstract:
The REEs and phosphor were leached from phosphorite by returning acid from wet phosphoric acid process. The REEs and phosphor were enriched in form of RE(H2PO4)3 and Ca(H2PO4)2. The effects of temperature, concentration, time, and ratio of liquid to solid (L/S) on leaching were studied. The results show that the leaching rates of REEs and phosphor are up to 90.4% and 98.7% respectively under the following optimum conditions including returning acid concentration of 23%, temperature of 65 ℃, L/S of 10, and leaching time of 8 h.
