Abstract:
The effect of internal iron impurity on surface of annealing states tantalum wire was investigated through analysis on electronic probe tiny area. The results show that the metal with a low melting point inside the annealing state tantalum wire can lead to melting on the surface of wire, the iron content in raw material, i.e. tantalum powder, is determined, so the melting on the surface of annealing state tantalum wire is reduced through a strict process control.
