| Abstract: |
| An online monitoring system of alumina rotary kiln is designed based on the clinker sintering production process in an alumina plant. Applying the thermal online simulation and flame image processing results, the system makes full use of the rotary kiln hardware detection parameters and software management module to realize online monitoring of alumina clinker production on the basis of data communication. The application results show that the system provides an efficient monitoring of kiln thermal conditions reduces energy consumption and production cost, and improves management level. |
