| Abstract: |
| Through calculation of basic thermodynamics data and drawing of E-pH diagram of reaction system, the leaching process of recovery of cobalt and aluminum from spent lithium ion battery cathode materials was carried out. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, leaching time, leaching temperature, hydrogen peroxide dosage and ratio of solid to liquid (L/S) on leaching rate of cobalt and aluminum were investigated.
