Abstract:
Silver-vanadium ore was reverse-floated to remove calcium. The recovery rate of silver and vanadium was 94.46% and 88.49% respectively. The results show that the process, composed of high acid leaching of vanadium with high temperature and silver extraction with cyanidation, has favorable technical indexes, that is, the leaching rate of V2O5 and silver is above 81% and 85% respectively. The process of calcium removal with reverse flotation and then recovery of silver and vanadium with hydrometallurgy is preferable to treat silver-vanadium ore.
