| Abstract: |
| Technical features of several melting methods were compared based on a summary of recent literatures of oxygen enriched bottom blown copper melting furnace. The designs of length-diameter ratio, inner partition and oxygen lance were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the oxygen enriched bottom blown copper melting furnace has advantages in aspects of flow state, mass transfer process, unit bed capacity and specific energy consumption. |
