Abstract:
An alkaline uranium ore was leached with 10 g/L hydrochloric acid solution (pH=0.56). The effects of parameters on leaching rate of calcium carbonate were investigated with different pH value of lixivium. The results show that when pH value of lixivium is 3, 4, 5 respectively, the according leaching rate of calcium carbonate is 86.91%, 87.65% and 81.99%, the according acid consumption rate is 5.11%, 4.60% and 4.66%. The optimum pH value of lixivium is 4.
