| Abstract: |
| Cobalt-bearing raw materials were reduction leached in sulfuric acid system. The effects of dosage of sulfuric acid and sodium sulfite, leaching temperature, dosage of polyacrylamide on leaching rate of cobalt and the filtering performance were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of cobalt is above 97% and the filtering performance is favorable under the optimum conditions including (for 1 kg raw materials) ratio of liquid to solid of 5∶1, leaching temperature of 60 ℃, dosage of concentrated sulfuric acid of 400 mL, dosage of sodium sulfite of 360 g, dosage of polyacrylamide of 20~40 mL, and pH value of terminal of 1.0~1.5. |
