Abstract:
      The scheme of modification and optimization on preparation of crude nickel carbonate in nickel electrolysis was put forward, and the demonstration experiment was conducted. The results show that process equipment can be modified in three aspects including changing feeding location of nickel solution and alkali solution and their flow distribution, changing connection of reaction tank to parallel connection, and changing technical parameters of crude nickel carbonate preparation to retention time of 5 h, pH of 7.8?0.1, and temperature of 55℃. After the modification, the indexes and production capacity of crude nickel carbonate can meet process requirement, and auto-control is easy to be realized.
