| Abstract: |
| Ammonium bicarbonate solution was prepared with ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium hydroxide and deionized water. Gadolinium chloride solution was added to obtain a mixed solution of ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia hydroxide, and gadolinium chloride, and then hydrogen peroxide was added to the mixed solution to generate precipitate of peroxycarbonate gadolinium. The prepared peroxycarbonate gadolinium was characterized with XRD, infrared analysis, SEM, TG-DSC and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that peroxycarbonate gadolinium belongs to orthorhombic system with uniform particle and morphology of laminated petals. |
