| Abstract: |
| P204 was chosen to extract calcium from copper sulfate solution, taking high calcium of impurities in copper sulfate products into consideration. The effects of P204 mass concentration, O/A, extraction time, and equilibrium pH value of aqueous phase on separation of copper and calcium were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions of P204 extraction include P204 mass concentration of 0.9 mol/L, O/A=5∶1, oscillation time of 3 min, and pH value of 1.5. The calcium mass concentration in water phase is below 5 mg/L after 4-stage countercurrent extraction. |
