| Abstract: |
| Main technologies for rhenium recovery from ores, smelting waste solution, spent catalysts, used alloy were summarized. The key technologies were analyzed. The analyses show that the processes for rhenium recovery from ores and smelting waste solution are relatively mature, and developing high efficient and cleaning ion exchange resin and extractant will be a great innovation in rhenium metallurgy. As few studies, to date, are focused on rhenium recovery from secondary resources, i.e. spent catalyst and waste alloy recovery technologies catering for scale and industrial application would be an important research subject in rhenium recovery in future. |
