| Abstract: |
| The electrolytic refined high pure indium (In 99.95%, 4N5) was first vacuum distillation volatilized to remove cadmium, thallium and other volatile elements, and then purified with zone melting process in hydrogen atmosphere. Important technical parameters were optimized. The results show that the ultra pure indium (In 99.9999%, 6N) is prepared with the recovery of 72% above. |
