Abstract:
Crude silver powder was obtained by flotation and thiourea enrichment from acid leaching slag of zinc smelting. Crude silver powder was purified by chemical method and electrolyzed to produce silver product with purity of 99.95% plus. The silver recovery rate is more than 70%. Gold and copper are recovered simultaneously and zinc is returned to zinc smelting system. There are no three wastes in the whole process.
