| Abstract: |
| Fubang furnace is an oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting furnace newly developed by Chifeng Fubang Copper Co., Ltd. The technical-economic indicators of Fubang furnace include oxygen concentration of 66%, SO2 concentration in waste gas of 25%~28%, copper in slag of 0.47%, Fe/SiO2=1.1~1.2, fuel rate of 3.5%~4.0%, dust rate of 1.0%~1.5%, and bed capacity of 74.6 t/(m2?d). |
