Abstract:
      The modification and mechanisms of pulse current and Al-5Ti-B modificator on as-cast structure of 7075 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that pulse current and Al-5Ti-B modificator can inhibit grow of secondary dendritic crystal of solidification structure, from growing, improve as-cast structure, and achieve equiaxial and spherical grains of matrix. The segregation of alloying elements of copper and iron in alloy is modified compared with directly cast samples.
