Abstract:
      Dehydration of aluminum chloride hexahydrate was the key to prepare anhydrous aluminum chloride by a new process of “flyash, anhydrous aluminium chloride, and electrolytic aluminum”. The methods for dehydration of aluminium chloride hexahydrate were reviewed. The dehydration technology of aluminium chloride hexahydrate was developed based on dehydration process of magnesium chloride hexahydrate.
