| Abstract: |
| Rhodium powder with purity of above 99.95% and noble metal recovery rate of above 95% was recovered from Pt-Rh alloy insoluble residues in aqua regia by the following processes including barium peroxide fusion, hydrochloric acid dissolving, platinum and rhodium precipitation with ammonium chloride, sodium nitrite complexation, rhodium precipitation with ammonium chloride, hydrochloric acid dissolving, base metals removal with ion exchange, hydrazine hydrate reduction, and hydrogen reduction. The reaction principle and technical parameters of recovery processes are investigated. |
