| Abstract: |
| The conditions of Fe(Ⅲ) removal process in Baiyenebo tailing-leaching solution to recover scandium were studied. N235 was chosen as extractant to selectively extract Fe(Ⅲ) in hydrochloric acid medium. The results show that when organic phase is composed of 30%N235 5% isooctanol 65% sulfonated kerosene and phase rate O/A is 1∶1, Fe(Ⅲ) extraction rate exceeds 99% and Sc(Ⅲ) extraction rate is less than 8% by single stage extraction. Fe(Ⅲ) back-extraction rate exceeds 99%, which meets the technology demand. |
