Abstract:
Lanthanum cyanurate was synthesized from cyanuric acid, lanthanum nitrate and sodium hydroxide. The optimum synthesis conditions of lanthanum cyanurate were determined by orthogonal test. The plastication of lanthanum cyanurate, lanthanum stearate, calcium stearate and zinc stearate on PVC was investigated and compared with torque rheometer. The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions include temperature of 70 ℃, NaOH concentration of 1.2 mol/L, reaction time of 60 min, and pH of 7. The combination of rare earth cyanurate stabilizer and rare earth stearate stabilizer has the optimum plastication results.
