Abstract:
The plant practice of oxygen enrichment bottom blowing process for lead smelting was introduced. The plant practice shows that the primary lead recovery rate is improved when slag temperature is 1 000~1 150 ℃ with proper ratio of oxygen to raw material, proper height of lead dam and slag dam. Mixture granulation decreases of dust rate, in addition, stable feeding and continuous and stationary producing from bottom blowing furnace help to improve oxygen lance life. The operation troubles to occur in equipments are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
