| Abstract: |
| Palladium and rhodium were recovered from glass fiber castable by benefication-metallurgy combination process. Pd and Rh with grade of 90%~93% in glass fiber castable was preliminary enriched by gravity concentration and palladium and rhodium concentrates with grade of 60%~80% were obtained. The low grade tailings were smelted with lead as collector in Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2 slag system and then blown with air to produce Pd and Rh concentrates after lead was removed. Pd and Rh qualified metal products were gained by concentrates refining. The results show that total recovery of Pd and Rh is over 99% and 98.5% respectively. |
