| Abstract: |
| Tin anode mud was roasted in rotary tube furnace. The effects of roasting in oxidizing atmosphere, reduction atmosphere, and vulcanization-oxidizing atmosphere respectively on antimony volatilization rate were investigated. The results show that the antimony volatilization rate is 74.56% under the conditions including pyrite dosage of 30%, dosage of coke powder of 10%, and roasting in vulcanization-oxidizing at 1 050 ℃ for two hours. The volatilization separation effect of tin and antimony in vulcanization atmosphere is better than that in oxidizing atmosphere and reduction atmosphere. The results are in accordance with the theoretical analysis. |
