Abstract:
      WCx/Fe wear-resistant lined composite pipes were prepared by SHS-Centrifugation. Effect of centrifugal acceleration on the cermet microstructure was studied. The results show that alumina ceramics stay in ceramic layer when the centrifugal acceleration is 50g. Cermet microstructure transforms from dendrite to equiaxed grain with the rise of centrifugal acceleration. With the centrifugal acceleration of 200g, hard phase presents gradient distribution in coating.
