Abstract:
      The temperature and stress coupling fields of roller were analyzed by Ansys software based on heat transfer theory and mechanics theory. The distribution of roller’s temperature and stress fields at a steady state was obtained. The roller’s deformation situation at different temperatures and roll forces were studied. The results show that the temperature field and stress field of roller changes periodically. The roller’s deformation presents a positive correlation to the distribution of temperature field and stress field. The data error between simulation and measured in-situ is below 5%. The model is reliable.
