Abstract:
The pilot-scale experiment to recover V2O5 from stone coal vanadium concentrate was performed with processes including granulation-roasting, alkali leaching, ion exchange, and decomposition. The results show that roasting rate of V2O5 is 99.50%, leaching rate is 84.49%, purification rate is 98.15%, ion exchange rate is 99.69%, decomposition rate is 98.85%, and overall recovery rate of V2O5 is 81.31%. The technological parameters of this pilot-scale experiment are stable and reliable. The products reach the standard of GB3283-87 V2O598, and SiO2 content in white carbon black is 96% above.
