Abstract:
With Zhuzhou Smelter Group as demonstration site and DPSIR (Driver-Presure-Status-Impact-Response) model as a guide, key factors, which can essentially reflect pollution risk variation for nonferrous metal smelting process, were selected. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine each index’s combination weight which met the subjective and objective conditions, and to construct the early pollution warning index system of nonferrous metal smelting process. The results show that the indexes exerting significant impact on target include the optimal control of pollutants and polluted object pressure index. Index D17 has the biggest influence, followed by index D23, and each index of C2 has minimal impact on the target.
