| Abstract: |
| Technologies to recover scandium from ores, chloride dust, red mud, smelting waste solution were summarized. With the application of current scandium recovery technologies, the processes to recover scandium from red mud and smelting waste solution are relatively mature. With a fast development and commercialization of efficient and clean extractant, extraction process is widely applied in industry. Developing non-toxic or low toxic, non-pollution extractant with low-cost and high extraction capacity has broad application prospects. Meanwhile, seeking easier separation and purification technologies for scandium is an important research topic for scandium recovery in future. |
