Abstract:
Ni-Co-bearing purification slag from zinc hydrometallurgy was leached by full hydrometallurgy and Zi-Co was separated with activating agent to recover cobalt. The results show that the zinc leaching rate is above 98% with recovery rate of above 95% under the following optimum two-stage leaching processes including leaching temperature of 70 ℃, leaching time of 1.5 h, ratio of liquid to solid of 4∶1, pH of the end of first leaching stage of 4.5~5.0, pH of the end of second leaching stage of under 0.5.
