Abstract:
The emission and characteristic of lead-bearing dust in ISP melting process were analyzed. The particle diameter of lost-containing dust is under 10 μm. The dust concentration is controlled as 30 mg/m3 by dust removal system in current production. Smaller particles in discharged dust tend to form aerosol particles in the atmosphere, resulting in a broader range of lead pollution.
