Abstract:
AlN-TiC composite ceramics were prepared by hot pressed method. The effects of TiC content and temperature on thermal conductivity of composite ceramics were investigated by XRD、SEM and laser thermal conductivity apparatus. The phase composition and microstructure were studied. The results show that thermal conductivity weakens gradually from 102.9 W/(m?K) to 46.6 W/(m?K) with increase of TiC content of mass fraction to 50%. When TiC mass fraction is 10%, thermal conductivity strengthens from 59.8 W/(m?K) to 83.6 W/(m?K) gradually with increase of temperature.
