| Abstract: |
| An automatic control system for roasting distribution was designed to address unsatisfactory roasting effect and low control precision of manual deflector and artificial records data in current roasting process of aluminum reduction cells. The changes of volume and temperature, shunt effect of diverter in roasting process, heat dispersion performance of radiator deflector and dynamic & static contact sparks of shunt switch device were studied in-depth via a number of experiments. The results show that the calcined diversion system can satisfy the requirement to roasting start 350 kA aluminum electrolysis cell. |
