Abstract:
Zhijin collophanite from Guizhou province was leached by hydrochloric acid. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, time, ratio of acid to collophanite and temperature on leaching rate of rare earth (RE) were studied. The results show that RE leaching rate is 98% above under the optimum conditions including hydrochloric acid concentration of 11 mol/L, reaction time of 120 min, ratio of acid to collophanite of 2∶1, and reaction temperature of 50 ℃.
