Abstract:
The heap leaching experiments for low grade gold crude ore were carried out. The effects of fine ore ratio, height of heap, NaCN dosage, spray intensity, and spray pattern on gold leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the gold leaching rate is 76.1% under the optimum conditions including fine ore ratio of <8%, height of heap of 11.5 m, NaCN dosage of 0.17 kg/t, and spray intensity of 1.3 m3/t. Spray patterns include three-day spraying with the concentration of NaCN of (900~1 000)×10-6, three-day with the concentration of NaCN of (600~700)×10-6, four-day spraying with the concentration of NaCN of (300~400)×10-6, ten-day spraying with the concentration of NaCN of (100~200)×10-6, and 53-day spraying with the concentration of NaCN of (50~60)×10-6.
