Abstract:
Nickel was extracted from bioleaching lixivium of wasted printed circuit board (PCB) with P507. The effects of extractant concentration, saponification rate, O/A ratios, extraction time, pH value of leaching solution on nickel extraction rate were investigated. The results show that nickel extraction rate is 99.4% above under the conditions including saponification rate of 30%, O/A ratio of 1:1, P507 concentration diluted in kerosene of 20%, extraction duration of 3 min, and pH value of 2.07.
