Abstract:
Arsenic removal lead anode slime was chlorination leached at controlled potential. The effects of NaCl dosage, initial acidity, ratio of liquid to solid, leaching temperature and time on copper and bismuth removing rate were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of copper and bismuth is 80% and 90% above respectively under the optimum conditions including NaCl dosage of 1.6 times of theoretical dosage, initial concentration of hydrochloric acid of 10.2 mol/L, ratio of liquid to solid of 3∶1, leaching temperature of 50 ℃, and leaching duration of 2 h.
