Abstract:
      The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of Kyoto Protocol proposed two carbon trade methodologies (AM0030, AM0059) for primary aluminum production, providing reference for primary aluminium in China. The applicability of the above methodologies was analyzed, and the international cases in concern were interpreted. The successful case of carbon trade of primary aluminum smelters in Ningxia, China with methodology AM0059 is introduced.
