Abstract:
Ni, Co, Re and other metals were leached from superalloy scrap by oxidizing leaching with H2O2 as oxidant, and W, Hf were enriched in slag. The results show that the leaching rate of Ni, Co and Re is all 99% above under the optimum conditions including alloy powder of 100 g, particle size of 0.075~0.100 mm, hydrochloric acid concentration of 6 mol/L, ratio of liquid to solid of 6∶1, dosage of H2O2 (30% mass concentration) of 200 mL, temperature of 85 ℃, and leaching duration of 3 h.
