| Abstract: |
| The regulation rules and controlling mechanism of synchronous reduction of alkali content in high alumina fly ash by pre-desilication were studied. The results show that sodium oxide content of high aluminum fly ash after desilication is 2.8%, alumina-silica ratio rises from 1.3 to 2.12, silicon oxide leaching rate is 39.4%, and alumina leaching rate is 0.6% under the optimum conditions including temperature of 90 ℃, Na2O concentration of 120 g/L, reaction time of 2.5 h, and ratio of liquid to solid of 3∶1. After desilication pretreatment, the lowest alkali content in high alumina fly ash and maximum desilication efficiency are achieved. |
