Abstract:
Tungsten was recovered from acid leaching residue bearing 47.14% tungsten by alkali fusion and water leaching. The effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, and dosage of sodium hydroxide on tungsten recovery were investigated. The results show that tungsten recovery rate is 99.35% under the optimum conditions including roasting temperature of 700 ℃, roasting time of 40 min, ratio of slag, NaOH and Na2CO3 of 10∶5∶3.
