Abstract:
Low grade gold-molybdenum mixed concentrate was treated by new processes of desulfurization and decarbonization by oxidizing roasting, molybdenum leaching with sodium carbonate, and gold cyaniding from molybdenum leaching residue. The results show that molybdenum leaching rate is 91% when rough concentrate is oxidization roasted at 600 ℃ for 1.5 h, molybdenum calcining is leached at 80~90 ℃ for 1.0~1.5 h by sodium carbonate of 40% of weight of calcining with ratio of liquid to solid of 3~4. Gold cyaniding leaching rate from molybdenum leaching residue is 95% above.
