Abstract:
Oxygen storage materials of Ce-Zr solid solution modified by Pr and La were prepared by cocurrent flows coprecipitation. Its microstructure was characterized. The results show that fluorite structure of cubic solid solution be-fore and after aging in modified oxygen storage materials which have strong aging resistance. The fresh specific surface area of doping Pr and La enlarges from 65.25 m2/g to 112 m2/g and it enlarges from 22.56 m2/g to 39.78 m2/g after be-ing aged for 4 h at 1 000 ℃. The particle size is 0.7~9.6 μm and most is smaller than 7 μm. The light-off temperature and full-conversion temperature of fresh three-way catalyst for CO, C3H6 and NO drop by 10% above.
